What to contact about
GoneNext is most useful when its departure and availability information is right. Get in touch if you spot any of the following:
- An incorrect departure date — a title shown as leaving on a date that is wrong, or that has been renewed and is no longer leaving.
- Incorrect current availability — a title shown as available on a service where it is not, or missing from one where it is.
- A missing title or service — a departure GoneNext has not tracked, or a service or catalog it does not cover yet.
- A site problem — a broken page, a link that goes nowhere, or something that does not display correctly.
- General feedback — anything else about the site.
If you are reporting a correction
Corrections are easier to review when they include the details below. None of it is required, but it helps:
- the title of the film or show
- the streaming service involved
- a short description of what appears to be incorrect
- a link or source supporting the correction, if you have one
Only the name, email, reason and message in the form are needed to send it — please do not include any other personal information.
How messages are handled
Your message is sent by email so it can be read and acted on. Only your name, email address, the reason you selected and your message are used, and only to deal with your request.
